before I changed it to sapusonimiyo, my tumblr name was addictedtowords - a reference to the Motion City Soundtrack song, LGFUAD.

anyway.

in case you’re not a Filipino speaker (or you are but you’re just incredibly dense), this is how one would break down my tumblr name: Sa Puso Ni Miyo.

these past few years it’s been a general trend as well as a running joke among my friends to answer “san ka?” or “san tayo kakain?” or any question beginning with “where” with “sa puso mo!”

in the same way, anyone who mentions the whereabouts of people romantically linked to me would inevitably conclude, “sa puso ni Miyo”.

in short, this is a blog for all my landian. HAHA KIDDING.

the phrase just stuck. so when I decided to change my tumblr name, that’s what I used.

sana pala yung ‘Describe Your Day In Great Detail’ sumakto two days ago. but I think that was only the day I started.

I SHALL WRITE ABOUT IT ANYWAY.

so two nights ago I went to watch a Concert For a Cause, proceeds from which would go to a local orphanage. :D Fort was the perpetual guitarist, he and Isaac and Mariah all sang along with some other people I hadn’t met before. the theme was OPM through the Ages.

I was expecting to see more people that I know there but most of our friends had already gone down by then. still, ‘twas fun. I hung out with Mariah’s mom and titas for a while (haha) which was awkward. but we made small talk and ate and they were very nice. :3 chinichismisan din namen sila Fort. HAHA.

and then ate Ecka arrived and I sat with her and Isaac for the rest of the night.

after the rehearsed numbers were done (personal favorites: Forevermore ni Mariah, Awit ng Barkada ni Isaac, Kahit Maputi na ang Buhok Ko ni guy na di ku kilala), they had me sing. I do not know why it seems that all of my latest singing performances are completely unplanned. but I did alright. sang Oo by Up Dharma Down and And Tugon, a progressive song that is the response to Rosas ng Digma.

they want me to join their upcoming acoustic competition thing (I played guitar). it’s supposedly for people 18 and above only, but a new friend Chiko said, “ayos lang ‘yan, dadayain natin.” HAHA.

anyway. I just felt like sharing that. nakakamis pala tumugtog. I crashed at the Bakakeng Mansion that night because we ended up finishing pretty late. and the next morning, comm100 grades were out. I = 1.5. yay. :D
