Death Rattle of the Day: Brazil’s equivalent of the NTSB is conducting an investigation of a bizarre accident in the northern state of Para in which a rescue helicopter literally shook itself apart after landing.

Initial findings point to ground resonance as the likely culprit.

All four passengers on board were injured, but, luckily, no fatalities were reported.
